One small couplet by Amir Khusrau
Dilam dar aashiqui aawareh shud aawareh,
Tanam az bedilee beechareh shud beechareh.
Meaning- If you have love in your Heart your will become wanderer.
And if you will turn heartless by body, you will become miserable.
Explanation: I can say this couplet say a lot about the idea of love and what it does to us. Having love in our heart is good but that will turn you into a wanderer person not socially accepted by the people, And if you are totally heartless than you will become miserable with the agony by your conduct towards the people.
